Call to split vs fish that insta jams?

Villain is a bad player like 35/10 but not so loose as you can see.
Villain shoved river within 2 seconds. Is this a fold? I doubt villain turns made hands into bluffs so therefore it has to be a flush or a split right? Also i think he checks some queens on the river while i think he would almost always shove his flushes? I am pretty much readless on the guy though, so these are all assumptions.

I'd make $5 on flop and $12 on turn

as played fold is OK,I don't think he bluffs too ofren on river as hero probably got a flush here

Why is that? We get his stack anyways due to SPR right? I can see the reason for a slightly bigger turn bet but i think 12$ is too big - and we dont want him to fold JT, JQ type hands. Please prove me wrong.

I like bigger bet on turn too. He's never folding a draw imo and it's easier to call a river shove. River call is very close, I'd fold too without any specif reads.
We should have a huge edge on him, I rather find better spot to stack him.

I think the betsizing is ok.
As Mathhnes said we want to maximize value vs Jx type hands and in my opinion there's a significantly higher chance he folds Jx vs a $12 bet compared to a $9 bet.

We give him slightly better odds to call for his FD, but imo the value we gain vs the Jx type hands is bigger than the one we lose by giving him the slightly better odds.

On the river I'm also folding. In my experience this line isn't taken as a bluffline all that often (in fact I can not recall the last time I saw it), so I'd expect to see mostly flushes.
There aren't too many Qx in his range for c/calling the turn, therefore he doesn't have too many straights in his range.
