You can use the PokerStrategy.com Elephant to keep track of your poker hands & statistics. It's a free of charge software package that is very useful when you begin to analyse your game.

And here for a video on how the statistics are used and can be helpful.
I recommend using Elephant to get you started on game analysis, and once you feel more comfortable with your game, use Hold 'em Manager.
