0,05/0,1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant.Base 0.99 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A♥, J♥
UTG2 folds, Hero raises to $0,40, 3 folds, BU calls $0,40, 2 folds.

Flop: ($0,95) K♥, T♦, 7♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0,59, BU calls $0,59.

Turn: ($2,13) 2♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $2, Hero calls $2,00.

River: ($6,13) 8♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $4,37, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back (All-In).

Final Pot: $6,13

Ok the main problem here is I don't really know what range to give him on the Turn..

Yes, he could have TT,77. But other than that? I'm guessing a twopair KT would have protected. Maybe KQ, KJ, K9, although he seems rather tight by his stats

Is it better to 2nd barrel turn and give up to a strong raise?
What hands to you think would have played like this?

Hello M1rCea,

There is no way you can go for Check/Call and do it profitable in long run. It's either way you are going for 2nd barrel or just Check/Fold it. You will never get correct implied odds there while even being OOP.

Best regards.

If villain has KJ+, KT, T9, T8, TJ, and SDs as his range on the turn, he'll mostly call a bet (SDs and TP/2p) and many times we'll be behind. Is it worth betting?

If you tell me what's a better idea there then? :) Check/Call will never-ever be profitable here. So if we Checking then Check/Folding.
