Super easy fold, you have 2 outs to hit the nuts. If you call and a jack doesn't hit he turn, you're probably going to fold to his turn bet. Because of this, you should save your money and just fold to the flop bet instead.
His bet could easily be AA/KK/QQ that didnt want to 3 bet preflop. It could also be a drawing hand that you are beating right now, but if you call, the draw will probably bet again and make you fold whether it hits the turn or doesnt.
