You shouldn't limp anything, let alone premium double suited QQ. So def raise it preflop.

Postflop: - flop is surely a call.
- On the turn you just about have the odds and since they both seem fishy I guess call is fine.
- On the river u cant fold with those odds.

You should definitely be raising this hand preflop, in fact any hand you want to play from UTG you need to be raising in a 5 handed game. Limping just shows you are weak and missing out on value, you're going to find yourself bullied out of pots by other players who can see this weakness.

More to the point, if you are limping double suited queens, then whatever you are raising is a very small amount of hands, and that's quite a big tell to the strength of your hand when you do raise UTG 5 handed.

On the flop it's fine to call here but I think it's a fold on the turn.

The reason is that BB called the turn instead of raising all in. I think you're hoping you have 9 outs here on the turn, and whilst it's a neutral EV situation with the money already in the pot (or slightly -EV) I think BB is going to hold some of your outs a significant amount of times (he could be calling with TT or 99) which is why he didnt raise the flop himself.

I actually prefer you to raise the flop here because you have 33% equity and correct odds in a 3 way flop to value raise with your backdoor flush draw and backdoor straight.

So in summary: Either shove the flop, or call flop and fold turn if you don't improve or see a diamond on the turn.
