Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$7.70:///////;SB (Hero)$11.10:///////;BB$22.46:///////;MP2$10.00:///////;MP3$10.00:///////;CO$12.79:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with K:c, K:s.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, BU raises to $1.00, Hero raises to $4.00, 2 folds, BU calls $3.00.

Flop: ($8.4) 3:h, 4:c, Q:s (2 players)
Hero bets $3.99, BU calls $3.70(All-In).

Turn: ($16.09) 9:c (2 players)

River: ($16.09) 4:h (2 players)

Final Pot: $16.09.

I 4betted him easily because he wasn't full stack. But my question is that what if he was a full stack and a regular? A 4bet would make him fold JJ-, AK- and I'd be behind his calling range. Calling could be bad as well, because if he has AQ-AK and an ace comes I lose the pot, and I only can get value practically from a Q high board. Or if he as QQ or JJ a K or A on the board can ruin the action.

never feel bad if you go broke with 100BB and KK you will have a profil in the long run for sure!

if he has AK you have 70%
if he has AQ you have 72%

even if he has AA you can suckout around 20% of the time...

all in preflop with no regrets!

I wouldn't be afraid to go broke even if he was a full stack TAG. But anyway if a TAG even only shoved with QQ+ I'd still have 50% equity.

Hello Tosh5457,

Preflop: Well, against BU stack I guess you can just ship it. :> But obviously playing it this way shouldn't be that off play either.
Postflop: Although I'd still Check it and let him bet with hands like AK/TT/JJ which might even sometimes find a crying fold. We shouldn't be scared of much here, we are going broke anyways. But of course shipping directly ain't a huge mistake either.

Best regards.
