You're in the small blind and your hand is borderline. I would fold this preflop out of position definitely at the point the BB reraises preflop, and possibly I would fold it to the cutoff's raise to start with. Whenever someone is repping a big pair, you do not want to have a smaller pair in your hand. I would much rather you have 3568 here than ATT8.
On the flop there is nothing you can do, you have a nut flush draw so raise and get your stack in, and next time consider folding preflop so you don't get this situation happening next time.
