only have around 20 hands on him so not much of an importance, he is definitely not regular.

with pair+ oesd you likely have too much equity to b/f flop, although strangely you have quite bad equity against his value range

So if you don´t feel he would c/r that big with A high flushdraws, you can also b/f flop.

One option would be also check behind, but since you put so much pressure to his AQ and Kx type hands, that I´d prefer rather betting flop and then b/c turn
