[Closed] passed quiz - unsure how to proceed

i've passed the test, but when i click the link "select the poker platform at which you want to play", the page just refreshes, and the checkbox remains red and crossed.

i went to the "poker rooms" link at the top and signed up at pokerheaven. the quiz page still hasn't changed.
