As played it's nice and standard, you should also consider call flop/raise turn as he's likely to barrel the turn alot on this board imo.

i agree to taavi and i think he will donk AJ AT most of the times. with AQ 99 etc he would checkraise or c/c c/r. Donk is very often just a 1pair type of hand that doesn't want you to check back a pocketpair and doesn't want to give more action by checkraising. on the turn i would just call it down as they only hand you still beat is AT. AJ has improved to 2pair. of course 3bet is too much but as he could have AK or AT you are committed to see the showdown. :)
