Hero bets, CO raises, Hero 3-bets, CO calls.
River: (11.70 BB) Q♠ (2 players)
Final Pot: 13.70 BB.

I wonder if CO has KT...
I'd bet/call river because the worse hand will pay you off (Ax that isnt AT Kx etc
especially AK/AJ/AQ which are well within his range).
If it was Qc on the river I'd check/call.
Bet/call, there are a lot of worse hands that will call your river valuebet, some might even raise as a bit of a bluff. There are hardly any logical hands that beat you, only JTs/QTs/KTs/ATs/ATo against normal TAG, but there are a lot more (2 pair) hands that you beat.
I would ask whether to bet/call or to bet/3-bet. 
But since he won't bluff or go crazy with a twopair that often I like bet/call.
