I don't cbet because he does not like folding. If there is a scare card on turn or river my plan is to bluff.
But on river he bets small, so I put him on weak hand and just try to make it fold. But if he is thinking at least a little - he can put me easily on a bluff, because I checked 3 streets. Just wanted to try and see.
