Not really
co vs bu players would make moves on that board, so you always have fold equity+ he doesn´t have too often TT (since players would 3-bet more often than flat that spot), so his range are more often 33/55, draws (that you´re ahead of) and bluffs.
AQs is doing fine against all these ranges, so I´d personally would shove flop(having just A high that spot) and putting maximum pressure against his Tx type hands if he decided to raise that on the flop.
