here is the first:
is there a software, which i can link to one/few different sites playing accounts, that keeps track of my progress- ie no hands played/ money spent/ loss-profit etc?

Yes, PokerStrategy's own Elephant.
Im on my phone right now so can't get you a link, but Google'ing "poker strategy elephant" will get you to it.
Once installed simply run Elephant and play cards!
