i think its in arabic and its in wrong format the letteres are supposed to be together its like writing like this in english H E L L O well worse because in arabic and farsi we have different looks for letters when they are next to another one or at the end of the word or beginning

No.Not all people that know Arabic can translate Arabic.Only people that know Arabic and another language can translate Arabic.If they only know Arabic then what can they translate Arabic to?
