i've deposited 30$ last week on Poker770 so i can play in 10k depositors freeroll.
day after i recieved i phone call from their support to let me know i need to send some documents to them, and i did it right away.
I've been trying to withdraw couple of times at the start of this week but i couldnt, so i've sent an e-mail to their support asking why i cant withdraw, and they replied:
"After checking with your account situation, we confirm that there is no
restriction from our side regarding your possibility to submit a
withdrawal request."
So i tried again and it's still the same, when i try to withdraw i get a message:
"We are sorry, but your withdrawal request could not be completed at this time. Please contact customer support at support@poker770.co.uk"
So i keep going in a circle.
My withdrawal is 28$ which is above minimum withdrawal amount of 20, so that's obviously not the issue here. What can i do?
