This might sound like a stupid answer at first so stick with me i only just started playing there,

Today is 1st October last month you earned your points so your status level carries over to this month but since its only the 1st you wont have earned anything yet so whatever you earn this month will carry over to next month right?

Sigh sorry if im talking jibberish ive just woken up does it make sense to you?

Hmm this is a pretty strange situation, but as it is an individual problem ( i mean its only you having this error atm) you need to contact them directly and explain to them in detail all you can they will be able to help you out much more than we can
