[Closed] NL25 FR 3betting AQ from BU

Villain is almost unknown (22 hands), but looks like average ABC player. The question is - knowing that AK, AJ, JJ, QQ are all in his range, should I even Cbet in this situation? What is the best line here? I tend to overplay my top pairs, so this is very problematic situation for me. Please evaluate:

I'd consider calling preflop vs an unknown.

As played I definitely check the flop. As you say his range is pretty strong - the only hands we can get value from are KQ and AT, if he calls them preflop.
