well, i think there is not much you could do more.. I think he was just drawing and didn't catch it, maybe you could check the river to induce bluff,but if the river card would complete some of the draws than you could maybe bet even more because opponent is likely to pay us.

Add to full stack.

Preflop: I'd even raise 4xBB.
Postflop: Well, I guess not much to do. Of course we could consider betting bigger on turn but I do like the small bet which induce even to raise or either way even to get cheap draw a hit. Although on those limits you can keep it easy and simple as well by betting it near pot and getting it ready for river to shove.
