i would raise turn to charge all possible draws. after reraise i would calldown, we have top pair hu.

I agree with this line. Reasonably a fd wouldn't donk turn (he could bet to protect against a fd too), while raising turn we make fold worst hands and get 3bet by better hands.

this is the lowest limit 2/4 cents, i have seen them donking with fd, oesd even gutshot. but yeah, i am not sure,u may be right.

it's not a mistake to call down as he may have 8x and 3bet you but raising can't be that big of a mistake either as 8x will frequently be checkraised and he may donk with a draw again or some worse Jack but i don't think the EQ is enough for raising so calling down is ok. Without a good read it's always kind of hard to give a proper evaluation.
