Well i understand that I've played bad, but where exactly i had to stop playing? Was that bet on flop ok? or maybe a smaller bet or check would've been better?

Personally I would raise preflop to 200-250. In flop bet of ~300 is enough. Whatever plan is to bet-call or bet-fold depends of villain. Often I would be bet-calling. As played I would just raise turn. Get value from draws. Most villains would just shove/3bet all bigger pockets preflop and if he has Kx then you can say: "Nice flop sir" and continue to another tournament :)

So well played overall.
