Flop: ($31.50) T♣, 7♣, Q♦ (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($31.50) K♥ (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $20, MP3 calls $20.00.

River: ($71.50) 8♠ (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $74.18 (All-In), MP3 folds.

Final Pot: $145.68

villain plays 95 (yes, ninety-five) / 25, and has 84$.
I checked the flop because basically I didn't want to get check/raised. On the river, what's the best line? Bet 1/2 pot? push? check behind?

Against this player i like your check behind on the flop. The turnbet is correct. On the river i would bet 40 Dollars and call a push. I want to get called by medium-strength hands.

What is his WTS? With playing 95% preflop, he seems to want to play, so a normal cbet on the flop should also be ok too. More chance of getting all his money with normal turn and river bets then.

his WTS in 35. btw does it really make a difference whether I push or not? His stack by the river is 50$

I think it does, because it just looks scarier.
These uberfish will pay off often enough, if you don't play too aggressive yourself. If you bet 20-30 $, you're almost guaranteed a call if he has a pair or they perceive it as weakness and will push themselves.

I don't know if a contibet is necessary here as they could have hit the flop with any two cards anyway. I prefer to play these kind of players only when I have something myself, no reason to bluff them, even on the flop. They usually don't take notice of that anyway.
