I've raised this hand pre only cause table got 4-handed and tighter after fish went busto (stayed on table only until I found new one). Would stack of on this flop against unknown, 38/17 after 36 hands?

If you're ahead, opponent really has no way to win since you have the nut flush draw. Bet around 35 cents on this flop (obviously you're still stacking off if you get raised) so that villain may come along for the ride with a weaker flush draw, or possibly AJ/KJ
Personally i'm never folding this flop, even if opponent turned his hand over and showed QT as our equity is quite good.
