I wouldn`t steal here with T3o without stats on BU and SB

I guess you're right. Stealing with everything is not the best strategy.

The BigBlind has a Fold BB to Steal from 19%, so why stealing here anyway, when he is calling or raising 80% of his hands? Or are the stats incorrect?

And to steal with a hand like that in the CO, BU-BB have to be very tight.

I'm afraid Grabem likes to post some weird values. It was certainly something like 80% not 20%.
