Hi!

Nothing to be said untill river. If you think he will too often check back 5x or something low(which is quite likely for lowstake player) then donking is fine otherwise c/r is good as well.
Once he raises your donk you have a pretty easy 3bet and call a cap. There are worse flushes,3x which are way more likely than Ahigh flushes and FHs.Also he is unknown so the chance to see some other irrational hand is decent as well.
