Imo it's the players fault trying to get it. I'd be fun if we complete it we'd get a message from pokerstrategy saying something like "Congratulations! you're a moron and you just lost 100 strategy points!"
Like some negativ achievement.
There could be similar negativ achievements like if you limp from UTG a couple of times in a session you'd get it with a link to the beginner's strategy section.

I've done similar stupidity when I was about to get as many Trifecta's (checkreaise flop/turn/river and win a hand) as I could get on PTR. I've got 9 but I kinda missed out on a buttload of value bets when they checked behind.

Don't take it personally Roo, if I'd be using sidekick, I'd probably be tempted every time I see a 72o ♦

Start by opening 72o OTB if you actually want the badge. Then play it like any other weak hand you open in that position.

Open raise, play it like a set!

lol no I won't! I know how moronic it is to play this hand under normal circumstances, but its just a bit of fun collecting the badges and I only play very low stakes, i just find it funny that this hand is one of the badges

Hopefully it will soon be mine

I dont think it's that bad and I would not call it a "useless distraction" you can earn extra strategy points and cash, and I think its just at the beginning stages, I believe ps will start to add promotions and stuff through this.
