Preflop: Your raise should be definitely bigger here, while there are 2 limpers and we are OOP then you shuld do it ~$0,42 even. 4xBB + 2xBB (limpers) + 1xBB for being OOP.

Postflop: Well, it really depends what kind of range he is raising against us. But as you said he is loose then we can expect him to raise here with very wide range and including of course strong made hands. We need ~38% equity for example and if we take into account that he may have made flushes, sets, Kx hands there:

We are even getting the equity, which means that actually we could even ship the flop. But of course taking the passive approach and less variance approach is fine as well while we get good odds.

Also what I'd mention here is that sometimes they might even bluff here and we might even have fold equity.
