1.WHICH ONE U THINK IS BEST FOR ME?
2.IS IT NECESSARY OR NOT?
3.IF THERE IS ANY OTHER BETTER PROGRAMME!

Well, you can always try yourself. They have a trial. 
And pick one of them, although I'd wait a bit with it since PT4 is also coming out soon.

HM2 just came out, and its been a tough time for HEM loyalists like myself.
I think if you want to buy HM2 you should wait a while as well because it will be difficult to learn the new program while features are being changed/added and bugs (many) corrected.
As for which is better, I kind of suspect HM is.. but i don't actually know.
I play cashgame and HEM2 work perfectly really...it is fantastic...well we got updates every two deys but in general HEM2 is fantastic tool and must have.

I think most of you are using HEM.
id ilke an answer from someone who uses it at STNGO.
PT4 will include ICM tools and stuff for free. So if you buy PT3 you'll get all of that for free when PT4 is launched.
Otherwise you should just trial everything and see what you think.
