Those are settings in the stars client.
I have no screenshots available at the moment but it should be easy to find.

Ok this is an example of how it works:

View -> Text size -> Medium
View -> Table themes -> Pokerstars Classic Theme (other themes like the black theme work too but you should start with this one).
Open a table -> Options:
Dealer messages -> Everything
View -> reset to default size

it is not works for the "Nova" Table Themes?

I'm not sure about HM1, in HM2 the live-tracking works with a Nova theme for me.
