Hi, i passed the test (just) and clicked on the party poker link, and discovered i already had an account
so i entered my account name on this site, and party poker have said i cannot claim it because i didnt use the promo code when i signed up
is there any way to use my bonues with another site?

it is true you cannot have it on Party Poker if you already had a previous account there which you did not register through us.
however, you can pick another room to receive your starting capital on.
you will need to send a ticket here CLICK ME and explain the situation. support will be able to help initialize the capital in a different room. also, keep in mind that you may or may not be asked for an ID check so keep an eye on your emails.
