Im playing $2.50 180 man turbos on stars which have very high varience, i consider myself a competant player but i do still make some mistakes. I started playing with a $90 BR and got it up to $200, however, ive been grinding and im down 40BIs to $100 :/
Most of the time im getting knocked out to 3 outters, coolers etc, im just wondering if a 40BI downswing is normal and it is just varience or im just a losing player which i dont think is true
I think you are probably under rolled for the 2.50 180 mans especially turbos where variance is worse
i dont play them so i havent tested it much but from experience in the variance in even stt's, for 180 man turbos id say you need at the very least 100 bi, maybe somebody who plays them could give a better idea.
for 180 man 2.50 i think recomended roll is ~440 $. I think if you are good player 300 $ is enough.
40 B is enough for STT s & g's, but even then if to be honest i am not feeling so great:)

you can build 300 $ verry quick on starts STT tournaments. i made that in two weaks from playing 3.50 $ STT
i think the 180 man turbos can be very profitable but i dont wanna go busto, so i just need to swallow the bullshit which is varience and play something with lower varience 
You can see 100bi downswings even in high volume player graphs who know +ev spots like their mother language, so be prepared to have sick swings sometimes.
I'd advise 200bi, 100 if u can reload

is 50 buy ins enough for 45 n 9 0 mans sit n gos or s hould a 100 be used for 90 mans n 50 for 45 .
