Preflop 3bet is ok, against 20% PFR you have almost 49% equity which is enough.

I would just raise/calldown from the flop. MP coldcall/capped preflop and bet/3bet the flop, so I think he's ahead of you. I think he has mostly AK, AA, KK, TT. Ofc you still beat spews and bluffs and overplayed QQ, JJ, underpairs so folding is out of question.

The rest is fine, I'm not folding the river as his c/r might still be KQ or worse King like K9s, also he might just get out of line with anything.

taavi already evaluated this hand correctly. raise flop is ok since he could have something like QQ JJ or AQ and the pot is huge so you have to kick out all those hands that still have outs against you like J9 Q9 and even a backdoor flushdraw that might fold is a good result for your hand. but after he 3bets just call it down. he is just too likely to have slowplayed TT KK AA. AK
