I wouldn't bet this flop 3 ways, it's not very good for you.
You need to improve to 2 pair here pretty much always and those clubs take away a lot of your outs. Even a king hitting isn't that great since you don't have a good kicker. This isn't a flop I would want to bloat with a big bet. I would much prefer to take a free card here and see how the turn develops since you pretty much have to give up on the turn if called unless you hit one of the few good cards.
As for the turn, definitely check behind, you have a bluff catcher and villain could well be check/calling with a better bluff catching hand.
