Is the fold with 1 overcard there good? I think it is a close decision.

nah, rather it's safer option. Not really worth, especially if he is even donking into multiway pot. More often will be a hand. But overall wouldn't be huge leak if you even go broke vs his stack. Depends a lot on the opponent.
