today i received an email. they said that someone played blackjack
so its obvious that someone hacked my account.

its issue on casino side, so i need to email their support. and my account is closed for now.

what can i say, thats really bad luck.

i hope they will track ip or use some other methods to see that this wasn't me.

I think its a failure on 888 support side..They're supposed to pick up on abnormal account behaviour and losing 800 dollars on BJ using their casino software at a time where you wouldn't be playing is a huge sign of abnormal behaviour.

I truly hope everything goes your way and you get your money back but knowing these money hungry poker rooms its unlikely.

This is why online poker will never be fully trusted by the masses and the reason it will always be held back..

Sorry if this is a bit of a troll/rant...

This is what I HATE about 888 poker - the software forces you to choose a password of an exact length and you can't include special characters etc! Is it just me that has issue with this?

Seems totally bizzare that someone would use your account (that they cant cash out) to play blackjack. Cant chip dump or anything so what's the point? Might as well just play with $800 play money

Good luck anyway. Hopefully they can trace it and because it's lost to the casino and not another player it should be easier to locate the funds now.

my last hand was played at 8:53 pm on 15.01. after that I've freed 10$ bonus and logged off with 1009$ on my account. The very next day 16.01., when I came from work, I logged in, at around 6 pm, and on my account there were only 219$.

my username is whitewalk3r.

i just sent some huge email to operations@cassava.net explaining them the whole situation. thats the email i was refered to by 888 suport. thay say that incident happend on casino side.

i think I remember you from NL20/30 SH/FR , did you play on those stakes??

yes, last 2 months i was regular on NL20.

still waiting for email :/
