GG. How many tournamnts do you play every day?

I play mostly $2-$16 mtt , i was going to drop the $2 ones for higher stakes but with 338% roi it seems stupid to do so.

I try to keep 8 tables running and add in $3.50/$7/$15 18/27 mans when i drop below 8. Average around 50 games per day.

I like the mtt format, 3k starting chips and slow blind increase. It suits my tightish style and allows for a lot of play before the push phase.

I tend to play passive out of position and agressive with position.

These are my favorites ,smallish fields for less variance.

$5.50/$9.90 (360 cap)

I just carnt believe my runs over the last 3 days -

heaterrrrr but solid. My advice is invest your goodrun in 2.50 180man turbos its a good foundation to get into mtt. Your roi will be cut in half but your hourly will double which is most important and less variance.

I fear a new player like you wont be able to handle the other side of this variance but not like you will ever go broke playing 1-5$ mtt more like you will lose motivation when you get nothing but min cashes in 300 straight.

Your right im not new to poker, but i am fairly new to playing as a career.

I started at full tilt in May with the $50 and when it closed i was up to $800.
Donked away the $100 ps gave me after full tilt closed.
October i deposited at stars.
December i bought a new laptop/hem.

Motivation hasnt been a problem for me so far, in fact i probably play more than i should.

I have played a few $4.50 180man but i just dont like the turbo format all that much

Here is my 6 week graph since i started playing seriously(can you spot the Christmas drinking swing lol)

PokerSchool Skill League -- Premier League Ticket Awarded!

Hi DonkeyJez,

Congratulations on earning your ticket to this month's Premier Skill League. The ticket is required for entry to the Premier Skill League tournaments.

You can find these events in the PokerStars Poker Room under the Tourney Tab and then Private Tab. The league events will start on the 3rd of the month, and start at 2:00, 8:00, 14:00 and 20:00 ET each day.

Don't forget to earn at least 20 VPP and finish high in the Premier League (top 800) or the Qualifier League (top 200) this month in order to be awarded a new Premier Ticket for next month.

Please note that you will not be prevented from participating in the Open Skill League tournaments, but your results in those tournaments will not be counted for the Open League leaderboard. All details about our leagues are available at PokerSchool Skill League.
