try use pokerstrategy equilab -> give him a range and equilate your 66 against it. you need to start thinking in ranges!

here a tight player normally doesn't shove loser than 66+ suited ax, offsuited a10 probably, kq and this stuff...
this means you're almost never a favor in this spot!

but equilate it and try give him a range -> but you always need to consider the risk that somebody wakes up behind you with another strong hand, and you have a good resteal stack -> so if you need something like 45% here with deadmoney -> then i would like to have at least 50-53% against his shoving range!

Let's assume he's a decent player (no reads) and give him a range that consists of:

55+, ATs+, KQs ,ATo+ & KQo (10,6%)

When we run this range against your 66 in Pokerstove you will see:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 57.443% 56.82% 00.62% 788053260 8656950.00 { 55+, ATs+, KQs, ATo+, KQo }
Hand 1: 42.557% 41.93% 00.62% 581599080 8656950.00 { 66 }

You 66 will win 42% of the times.

Now we should look at the pot odds you get.

You have to call 3,162.50 to win a 7,225.00 sized pot.

3,162.50/7,225*100% = 43,7%

The general rule is: It's a call when your pot odds % is lower then the odds % you have with your hand.

So theoretical this is a fold, but it's very close. When you believe his range is wider a call could be +EV longterm, but still not very +EV because it's most off the time still a coinflip and you want to have way ahead situations like AK vs. AQ etc. etc. etc.
