the guy had 90/30 after 17 hands, so looks quite fishy. Should I call turn or push is fine?

It's fine, though I might call here and wait for him to bet again on the river, no matter what draw hit.

yeah i think its obvious you're inducing bluff by checking the turn here after having called his raise because de 3 doesn't improve any hand here except 33 so you shouldn't be afraid to 2-barrel here, but maybe not for someone not paying attention or a random fish

generally speaking, if you do c/c flop c/c turn, they check behind on the river with worse hands.

if you do c/c flop c/c turn and bet any river, you might as well raise the turn.

I like how you played it.
He might fold worse hands if you play bet/call turn, push river.
If you c/r. he might put you on AK or even if he puts you on overpair, he would still call to catch his 5-outer or gutshot or any other draw that he has.
