IPoker, $1 Buy-in (100/200 blinds) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 6 Players

SB: 4,960 (24.8 bb)
BB: 2,045 (10.2 bb)
UTG: 785 (3.9 bb)
MP: 2,155 (10.8 bb)
Hero (CO): 3,955 (19.8 bb)
BTN: 1,100 (5.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A K
UTG folds, MP calls 200, Hero raises to 600, 3 folds, MP calls 400

Flop: (1,500) 6 5 8 (2 players)
MP bets 400, Hero raises to 3,355 and is all-in, MP calls 1,155 and is all-in

Turn: (4,610) J (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: (4,610) 4 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Results: 4,610 pot
Final Board: 6 5 8 J 4
MP showed 7 A and won 4,610 (2,455 net)
Hero mucked A K and lost (-2,155 net)

Villain is a loose-passive player, who limps a lot. From about 60 hands we played in this tournament so far, he didn't raise a single hand preflop. When he bet OOP on the flop, I decided that he doesn't have any hand, because otherwise he would try to trap me, so I pushed all in.

What do you think about this hand?

Thanks!

Hi all,

It looks fine, nice hand well played. You shouldn't fold in general when you have 1 potsize bet behind and you have a hand as strong as AKo.
