I think you may very likely be right about this particular spot, but imo you went too far saying we can realistically push ATC when BvB with 10bbs or less. Remember, on the lower stakes people call with, e.g. 69s, because it's their favourite hand!
And apart from that there are some OK Regs on these stakes who will call you wide.
