It's only a set of nines and a set of fours you're fearing here and you have 2 backdoor flush draws. I'm probably getting it in on this flop as well to be honest. 
Would it be better to cbet-call this flop, rather than check-raise?
I think I am jamming full pot on the flop and getting it in to avoid people checking the flop back and getting a free card if they have a hand like KKQ3
