Against loose opponents I like calling the preflop raise, letting the hand play out multiway the flop and hope to hit a strong draw.

I don't think it's particularly great hand, AQ93 would be a fold if unsuited so I don't see how it could be a 3 bet when double suited given the difference in equity is about 5%.

On the flop you have something for sure, but you need to improve since your no pair isn't going to take the pot down. Since your opponents are pretty loose I don't see them folding if you bet and they have something, so check it back and hope to improve on the turn.

Obviously as soon as you bet, you must call any raise and while a 3 way shove on the flop is a decent result for you with a nut flush draw, by waiting for the turn the odds change drastically and you may get them to stack off when you hit a flush (or you can make a good fold if you miss and they bet).

They like gambling, as seen by them playing rubbish like 2356, so just play post flop PLO with them and wait until you hit something.
