Those implied odds are not carved in stone. E.g. here we don't need 20:1 as UTG+1 range is likely on tight side and there is another caller so we are more likely to get action when hitting set. Also if early open raiser is tight it will make someone 3betting behind less likely. So 15:1 would be closer to what we really need in this spot.

I like to have 20:1, but there are few more factors - are they regs/fishes? What about players behind me? Like to calls or some squeezer?

Just in case it wasn't clear here, I still fold in this specific situation. The person who raised doesn't have quite the starting stack, so our implied odds are not good enough to set mine, even though we have a decent effective stack behind with the caller. This is because the caller typically has a weaker range that's tougher to stack once we hit our set.
