No difference really with 5bb effectives. But JTo is bit too loose shove imo. Well it's pretty marginal anyway 
Marginal means shove it I like it. And raise/fold with amrginal hands is not a good idea in general.

agree. They might shove some better hands that you make them fold, and it allows them to make a stop and go.

I don't think raising and shoving makes any difference here, I'd just click random buttons, it really doesn't matter with 5bb stacks IMHO.
