AQs .... Don't like preflop - Like post flop

As title says I don't like my call pre flop but post flop can you confirm I am getting decent odds to call.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Hero checks, MP2 bets $0.42, Hero calls $0.42.

Preflop: Easy fold here I would say, we can't really play such hand profitable enough. :)

As played
Postflop: Well, do you expect to get his stack if do hit? If so then yeah, calling the flop should be fine.

If he is holding QQ + then yes.

But again can you confirm I am getting the odds to make that call?

As I said, you would practically need his whole stack to make it profitable Call. :) If you think so then yes.
