I've read around but couldn't find solution still.
It says I need 170 point to get my first $10 bonus, I now have 243 and how do I know whether I had received the bonus? I never received any notification or so, yet I didn't notice any changes in my cashier.

Click Cashier > VIP Store > VIP Rewards 2012
You will then see the $10 Stellar Rewards can be bought for 1 FPP.
Click Buy this item, then it will be credited to your account 
Edit! I see you put "FDP for First Deposit Bonus" So it doesn't work as I described above 
I'll keep it there for anyone else who may need it though
I'm unsure about the FPD myself, You should be able to check it out in the Cashier > My Bonus Status. Select your Bonus and it should say how it is released. This is usually Instant.
Also, you can go to Cashier -> History and you will see there whether bonus was credited to your account or not
