About hands:

1) Very tight fold, but if you are sure that he never has worse than KKup It's correct. Although you may get overrun by draws in future. If he isn't "aggro" with draws but 3betting ~3322+ then you should call.

2) Yea with flushdraw you always have odds to call a 3bet.
However if blinds are very good (or calling stations) opening this hand will be ev- That's only one high card and you also need to discard it, so you likely never win when you paired up. Also the question is what you do if BB call and discard 1? You have to bluff 8-high to make him fold some other draws which will cost you money if he has 2 pairs. Some other flushdraws have showdown value vs (1)
