SB ($17.98)
BB ($12.57)
Hero ($9.69)
UTG+1 ($3.95)
CO ($5)
BTN ($12.50)

Dealt to Hero Q♦ Q♥

Hero raises to $0.18, fold, fold, BTN calls $0.18, fold, fold

FLOP ($0.43) 8♠ 7♦ 7♣

Hero bets $0.30, BTN raises to $0.80, Hero calls $0.50

TURN ($2.03) 8♠ 7♦ 7♣ 2♣

Hero checks, BTN bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20

RIVER ($4.43) 8♠ 7♦ 7♣ 2♣ 4♠

Hero checks, BTN bets $3, Hero calls $3

PREFLOP

Standard raise for value. The BTN calling with a range that i am way ahead.
QQ-66,A2s+,K6s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,A7o+,K9o+,QTo+,JTo

FLOP

I bet for value here and i got raised. Now his range i think it looks like QQ-77,A8s-A7s,K8s-K7s,T9s,A8o-A7o,T9o.
I am still good enough and folding is not an option. I decide to call instead of 3b because his low 3b stats and low AF on flop.

TURN

2 :club: doesn't change anything and i decide to continue the passive line and c/c instead of c/r. (wrong No1)

RIVER

4 :spade: is a brick and i c/c again instead of c/f. (wrong no2 and a leak)

I was very surprised with his hand but the think is that i was play the hand poorly!!

Hello frako17,

And what you hoping to beat on the river? :) That he will come up there with a 8x a player who has 75% W$SD so far?

But as played well, for the given odds it's hard to fold but you must make yourself clear those things, if you are going to Call the turn then you also have to be ready to fold the river. If not then fold turn!

Best Regards.

You think that he is not capable doing this with 99 TT or JJ??

What do you thing are his calling range preflop???

If you think he is capable of doing that so then why don't you get it in on the flop? :) Doubt that he would even pick so thin value on the river cause he must also know that he wont get called from a lot worse.
