Actually he should always have Ax or Kx when he raised from UTG and less likey he's got QJ QT as you block 2 queens. It looks weak but i can't imagine a worse hand he could be betting in that spot. So i like that fold. Lets say he openraised from CO, having way more gutshots in his range, i'd be more inclined to pay off! On the Turn you decided correctly not to bet. There is no value in betting. Facing a checkraise would suck a lot and you don't have 2 valuebets but more just a bluffcatcher in a spot that when he bets he does always have Kx or Ax.
