Call twice is fine i think. SB has been aggressive but we cannot really count that read because you just picked up 12 hands yet but you openraised from late position and SB could have too many worse Ax in his range that he's betting again with on the Turn. I do a liltte worry about CO. what he'S calling on the FLop and on the Turn? I think he got a small pocketpair and sometimes a slowplayed king but you got 1:9,5 on the Turn so you just need around 4,5 Outs to call and CO he limped. I think he could have also called with Ax, with JT QT 
with 87, with small pocketpairs.
Against him you almost always have 6 remaining outs and Ax will often be good. Rarely you are drawing dead. I think you have around 3-4 Outs and showdownvalue when SB bets a bunch of worse hands like A7 A8 A9 AT etc. On the River i don't actually see him betting again especially when straightdraw and bd flushdraw came in. You got good odds and maybe he ran on a weird bluff but hmm. It's tough. Normally he should not bet worse but don't know whether he's capable though.
Did you have any specific read on this guy. Did he show some weird hand in a smiliar spot?
I do not mind to call both streets as your overcards might be good . OTR though , I don't think it is profitable to call a 3rd barrel from an unknown betting into 2 players .
